8MM Film

There’s something about 8mm that feels like home. It’s imperfect in the best way. Soft focus, warm grain, little light leaks that feel more like memories than mistakes. It reminds us of the wedding films our parents and grandparents had tucked away, the ones that came out on anniversaries and quiet nights.

We love shooting on 8mm because it doesn’t try to be perfect. It feels honest. It feels lived in. When we pull out the 8mm camera on a wedding day, everything slows down just a bit. Moments feel quieter, more intimate, less posed. The footage doesn’t feel like it was captured. It feels like it was remembered.

This isn’t meant to replace your wedding film. It lives alongside it. Something you find years from now and suddenly feel everything all over again. Your love, exactly as it felt in that moment, preserved the way memories actually exist.
