Once we receive your W-9 and the form above, we’ll add you to our payroll system and you’ll be able to get paid for any completed projects!
You’ll be paid via direct deposit, Zelle, or Venmo. (You can select on Invoice Submission form)
At year-end, you’ll automatically receive your 1099-NEC from us for tax purposes.

Your information is used only for contractor payments and required tax reporting. Banking details are never collected here - they are handled directly through Square’s secure portal.
